1. About Wedding Agents

Wedding Agents (weddingagents.in) provides free wedding websites, planning tools, and related services for Indian couples. By using our platform you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. The free wedding website service

Wedding Agents offers a free wedding website as part of its platform. By creating a website, you agree that:

• You are providing accurate information about your wedding
• You have the right to share any content (photos, text, family details) that you upload or enter
• Your wedding website will be published at a public URL (weddingagents.in/for/[slug]) accessible to anyone with the link
• Wedding Agents may contact you on WhatsApp with your website link, if you have given consent
• We may use your wedding details (community, city, date range) in anonymised aggregate form to improve our platform

3. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you provide (names, photos, stories, venue details). By submitting content, you grant Wedding Agents a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on your wedding website. You must not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Our responsibilities

Wedding Agents will:

• Make reasonable efforts to keep your wedding website accessible and accurate
• Protect your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Not sell your personal data to third parties

Wedding Agents does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

5. Prohibited uses

You may not use Wedding Agents to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or couple
• Attempt to access or tamper with another couple's wedding website without authorisation
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable Indian law

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wedding Agents is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed ₹5,000. This does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer under Indian law.

7. Intellectual property

The Wedding Agents name, wordmark, design system, and platform code are owned by Wedding Agents. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without written permission.

8. Termination

You may request deletion of your wedding website and data at any time by emailing hello@weddingagents.in. We may suspend or remove a wedding website if it violates these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via WhatsApp or email where possible.
